This year our dedicated Parents’ Council raised €740 for Galway Hospice from 9.20am until lunchtime. People came and donated what they wished for a cup of tea and coffee and delicious freshly baked treats and stayed for a chat.
The atmosphere created was wonderful and that it raised so much was a great boost to the Hospice whose representative was presented with a cheque by the children at our school on 24th of October, 2013.
