Fitness with Aoife Lynskey

In January the P.E teacher from Gort Community School came around to Kiltiernan, Ballyglass and Labane National Schools. She started us off by doing some warm up stretches. Then she did the beep test with us which was hard going. The girls got to go first and then when they were finished, the boys got to have a turn. She then gave us the score. Every day we try to improve our score by training outside on the yard at lunchtime. We are all hoping to get fitter!
