Credit Union Prize Giving
On the 28th of November, Orlaith and I went to the Gort Credit Union to be presented with a prize!
One day Ms Fenlon announced that there was a drawing competition for the Credit Union. It took me a long while before I was finished and I never thought I would be going to Gort for a mystery prize!
I walked in to the Gort Credit Union to hear a lady offering a sweet. I couldn’t see Orlaith yet. I looked at the other drawings. (Still no Orlaith!) Then they were going to present our age group and Orlaith came. I came 2nd and Orlaith came 1st! We both got a black and a card. As soon as we got them we opened them. Inside was a voucher for the Gort Educational World shop. Mum said that I could spend it at Christmas but I’m sure I will spend it sooner than that!
